About Me

This is my 11th year as librarian and my 15th year teaching at Marbletown Elementary School! The library is truly a magical place to be and my favorite thing to do is READ! I have loved books since I was a student attending Rosendale Elementary School so many years ago!

My History

I am a graduate of RVHS and have been working in the Rondout Valley Central School District for over 30 years! I began working as a teaching assistant for four years and then went on to teach grades 2-4 as a classroom teacher for twelve years, remedial math for five years, and have been the school-media specialist (librarian) for eleven! I have greatly enjoyed each of the different positions I've held during the years - especially having the opportunity to work in different buildings with so many fantastic faculty, staff and (of course) students!
